NICE TO MEET YOU, I'M SARAH.

I'M A MULTI-PASSIONATE & RESOURCEFUL PEOPLE LEADER, BLOGGER, MENTOR, CURIOUS CREATOR, GOAL-GETTING DREAMER & PROUD "UNCOOL" MOM.

I’m also a growth-obsessed trailblazer, spirited Enneagram Type 8 driven by a fiery ambition to challenge the status quo and inspire growth, voracious reader of business books, and holiday-loving baker and magic-maker for my family.

I believe in the magic of connection and the power of empathy and deep curiosity to transform leadership.

When I was hired during the pandemic to lead a remote team, I knew I needed to bring something different. Teams craved more than traditional, numbers-driven leadership; they wanted a culture rooted in compassion and inclusivity.

Not only did my team and I survive the chaos, we thrived – capturing the attention of other managers and aspiring leaders. This journey led to the creation of the Leader Lounge, where I share the strategies that have shaped my human-centered approach to leadership and helped me to make massive impact.

But it wasn’t an easy road.

I dove headfirst into every leadership resource I could find – books, podcasts, articles, you name it – only to find I was drowning in information without truly absorbing or applying it. After countless stumbles through tough conversations and feeling out of my depth in high-stakes meetings, I made a pivotal shift.

I became intentional about defining my leadership values, mission, and vision.

Now, I empower others to unlock their full potential.

I’ve helped individuals land their dream jobs or secure promotions. Senior leaders tap into my infectious energy to drive national change within our organization. It is so fulfilling to hear those who once felt stuck say, “your leadership style inspires me to lead.”

So, how did I do it?

I became the leader I always wished I had. My approach is values-driven, future-focused, and human-centered. I’m dedicated to crafting authentic experiences that evoke joy, recognition, support, and inspiration within my team.

It’s a simple paradigm I love to talk about because it pulls you off the bottom-line and metric-obsessed hamster wheel and into a space where you can truly care for people while still championing high standards of performance.
